Stepwise Working Procedure Of The Software For Ease Of The User

Watch the screenshots to get to know about the software functions. Each conversion step is expalained to user to get the overview and right way to operate the software.

STEP 1

Download & install the software. Go to Start button >> Click on Programs >> Click OST Converter. Click on Open button to Find and open the desired file.

STEP 2

From the Open File window, select the desired file. Click on Open button to load the select orphan file.

STEP 3

Progress bar indicates the file scanning process has started, for recovering file errors.

STEP 4

As soon as the recovery process ends, a confirmation message comes up then click on Ok button.

STEP 5

Look at the data enclosed inside the file via software window, in left pane OST file folders are displayed and in right pane data from OST file is displayed. From left pane select the data to be converted and click on Save as PST, Save as EML and Save as MSG file.

STEP 6

Set the target location to save the recently converted file items. Click on Save button.

STEP 7

Process bar indicates the recovery process.

STEP 8

As the conversion completes then click on OK button.

STEP 9

Check the output files by navigating the selected location:
