Working of the Software to clarify its operation

STEP 1

Download & Install Converter Software. Click Start >> Programs >> EDB Converter >> Open the Software. Click on Open button to load EDB file.

STEP 2

Click on Browse button to load the Private or Public Exchange file from local system.

STEP 3

Select the EDB file which you need to convert. Click on Open button.

STEP 4

Select the Storage Type, either Private Store Database File or Public Store Database File. If file is highly corrupted, then click Deep Scan option. Click Ok.

STEP 5

Repair process is running and is shown by the progress bar.

STEP 6

Confirmation message appears once the process gets over.

STEP 7

You can see the user mailboxes from the EDB file in exact sequence. Select the folders that you need to convert.

STEP 8

Browse the location where user needs to save the EDB file user mailboxes. Or user can also create new folder.

STEP 9

The conversion process has sstarted; you can optionally skip the user mailboxes that are required for conversion. Also user can see the items contained per folder.
